No Words to Say

Lately, I have not much to say because I’ve been dedicating more time to reflect and disconnect. I am not going through anything in particular other than being a little under the weather. I think my body is telling me to take a break.

This month seems so long, but it has been very beneficial. I started this year off focused. I dedicated my energy towards only productive things. My 2-minute rule is still in effect.

I cut down my screen time, spent more awareness in the moments, dedicated more time to movement, and listened more without offering input. In my quietness, I have found clarity and motivation to advance my goals.

Even now, I struggle with writing this post. I have no words to really say to offer a new perspective. While I am in this moment, my specific objective to limit my energy to growth professionally. I must stay faithful to this in every way– including blogging.

So, I say to you, keep it up. The first long month is almost over. You’re doing fine. If you need a little drink, that’s fine, too. Choose the bottle of wine that has all the right things to say.

Wine with Attitude

Lost Inhibitions have all the right things to write on their bottles. With all the personalities in the world, each label finds the words you can’t.

And that’s all I have to say.
