A Bad Mopho

Having great food is one thing, donating to a great cause while serving delicious plates is another! Mopho is the place to try!

I tried the Crispy Chicken Wings and Brussels Sprouts. Both $5 and definitely filling. The Chicken Wings had a teriyaki glaze that is simply perfect. The wings themselves are huge!

The Brussels were charred on the outside but tender on the inside with a slight smokey flavor.

I also tried the Guns + Roses bubble tea with strawberry, orange, and rose water– very refreshing.

The Mocho bubble tea with iced coffee, condensed milk, and chocolate was also pretty good. You can  these straight up or add the suggested spirits to really make it a good night.

A portion of my party’s check went to Split Second Foundation  The Split Second Foundation is a not for profit organization dedicated to finding advanced treatments for spinal cord injury (SCI).

Beyond that, the atmosphere is nice and the restaurant is a place that can be intimate or just a great place to catch up with some coworkers.

They also play millennial old movies in there which I think is cool. No you can’t hear it but it’s a nice feeling of nostalgia. Last time I went ‘The Indian in the Cupboard’ was on and I immediately missed the Blockbuster movie rental store.
