Be as Extravagant as Barton G

Once you eat here, every other restaurant will seem like an old black and white move from the 70’s. Sparklers, towers, and statues are a part of everyday life at Barton G.

Barton G is selfishly redoing the restaurant experience and making everyone else rise to the occasion. It is teaching us how to live life. Make it a production. Make people want more!

I first saw pictures of this theatrical place on a friend’s story and knew I had to get there!

I started my night with a cocktail from the Below Zero Nitro-Bar. Liquid Nitrogen, a cryogenic fluid with a temperature of -320*F, makes these amazing drinks!

The Sabrinatini 3.0 is served on an Asian decor bridge complete with a mini Buddha and a gong that was rung on delivery. In the cocktail was Absolut citrus vodka, watermelon sorbet, St. Germaine, and champagne popsicle. Greatness!

Filet and Lobster

For dinner I had the surf and turf. While this sounds normal, the plating was everything but. A giant lobster tail accompanied a petite filet. A massive fork and knife installation towered over the meal with a porcelain baby cow as a gravy pot.

Dessert was historic! ‘Marie Antoinette’s Head – Let Them Eat Cake’ is the perfect way to end your night. A towering cotton candy pompadour, yesteryear candies, and a Bananas Foster “shake”. Vanilla panna cotta, brownie, caramelized banana cream and Chantilly. Indulgence is an understatement.

Word of caution, eat this immaculate dessert outside because the critters like to taste too.

Another word of caution, be prepared to drop a pretty penny, but you deserve it. Treat yourself!
